We are a small Sarasota team looking after a small number of homes. The name comes from stratum — layers. It is how we think about a stay: the property, the logistics, and the parts a guest never sees but always feels.
Our approach
Hospitality is operational
A five-star stay is rarely about a single grand gesture. It is a working door code, a clean hot tub, the beach chairs being where you expect them, and a host replying in minutes rather than days.
That is unglamorous work, and it is almost entirely systems: the right calendar, the right automation, the right turnover checklist. We invested in the operational layer first, which is why our own site books through a real property management system rather than a contact form.
Guests get live availability and instant confirmation. Owners get one calendar across every channel and a direct channel that belongs to them. Nobody gets a double booking.
