Full access to the home with contactless entry via keypad lock at the front door. Lockable doors throughout and a set of basic beach supplies included. The garage is reserved for owner storage.
This is a quiet community and sound carries, so they ask guests to be mindful of volume. There is a noise sensor in bedroom 3 (it does not record audio) and exterior security cameras only — no cameras inside.

The house was equipped with everything you need. The beach gear was fantastic — towels, a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler bag, beach toys. We felt very comfortable. Ben is a very kind, personable and helpful host who answered our questions immediately.
